Mandatory Performance Measures

A measure classified as “Mandatory” means that URAC will designate a set of unique measures with their specifications that have undergone URAC’s evaluation and vetting process and that have been approved by the URAC Board of Directors. These measures must be reported to URAC on an annual basis or more frequently as specified by URAC to maintain accreditation status.
