I am a current client. How do I get my login information?
Login is done through the same email address you use for AccreditNet. If you don’t have a password, you may click “Forgot Password” and instructions for setting up a new password will be sent to you.
I already have a login but would like to change my password. How do I make that happen?
Click, “Forgot Password” under the login information above. Follow the next screen to receive a link to reset your password.
I am not yet a URAC client. May I access the portal?
The portal is a benefit for current URAC clients. Clients receive access to the portal within two weeks of signing an Accreditation Application Agreement. For information on becoming a URAC client, please click here.
I am a consultant working with a current URAC client. How can I access the portal?
Access to the portal is limited to current URAC clients only. We do not provide access to consultants working with our clients.
I am a current client and I’d like for someone from my team to access the portal. How can I make this happen?
Login to your portal account. Under the resources tab, you will have an option to select add a user. Please fill in the New User Registration form and a URAC representative will review for approval. We approve new users within two business days.
