Meet URAC's Reviewers and Client Relations Managers (CRM's), who provide you expert support and guidance along your accreditation journey.
Heather Bonome, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy Programs, URAC
Heather Bonome is responsible for the management of URAC’s Pharmacy Quality Management® accreditation programs. She partners with the volunteer pharmacy advisory group that assists URAC in defining best practices and quality standards and manages the team of URAC pharmacist reviewers that conduct pharmacy accreditation reviews and present applications to URAC’s independent accreditation determination committee. In this capacity, she has led the team in conducting more than a thousand pharmacy accreditation reviews.
Prior to URAC, Bonome worked in the pharmacy benefit management field for nearly 15 years, partnering with clients to develop sound clinical strategies and promote appropriate pharmaceutical utilization. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a post-graduate pharmacy residency in managed care. A recognized expert in accreditation and quality standards, Bonome is a frequent speaker and panelist at national pharmacy conferences.
Monica Dantzler-Thomas, MSN, MHA, RN, CCM, LNC
Director of Care Management Programs, URAC
Monica Dantzler-Thomas comes to URAC with more than 20 years of experience in health care. Her career includes expertise in quality management, case management and regulatory management. She has held administrative positions including Manager of Care Coordination, Manager of Case and Quality Management and Manager of Medical Review. In addition, she worked for ten years as the Legal Nurse Consultant for the Roberson Law Firm.
Shelley Barnes, RN, BSN, CCM
Shelley Barnes joined URAC’s Care Management team in 2021. She has been a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years with 25 years of health care experience in the areas of utilization management, case management, disease management and regulatory compliance.
She has served in the capacity of the Manager of Medical Review and Senior Medical Review Utilization Review at Johns Hopkins HealthCare LLC. Shelley has provided credentialing support for managed care organizations, in addition to data collection and reporting for HEDIS medical records reviews and appeals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is a board-certified case manager with the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
Jay Barnhart, PharmD
Jay Barnhart is a results-driven pharmacist with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and a passion for advancing patient care and pharmacy excellence. He brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and operational leadership experience to URAC, shaped by his years in both retail and specialty pharmacy.
Before joining URAC, Jay spent four years as the Supervising Pharmacist at an accredited specialty pharmacy, where he led organizational initiatives and programs, drove quality improvements and mentored pharmacy staff. He holds licenses in multiple states and is certified in key areas including Medication Therapy Management, Diabetes Care, Immunization Delivery and Mental Health First Aid.
A passionate educator and community advocate, Jay has served as a Preceptor for the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and actively volunteers with organizations focused on public health and patient support.
Dan Bramy RPh, CSP, MBA
Dan Bramy has been a licensed pharmacist for more than 23 years, working in many practice settings including community, specialty and clinical trials, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry.
Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and recently received his Certified Specialty Pharmacist credential from the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.
Jacqueline Bremer, PharmD
Jackie Bremer received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland in 2010 and was the Clinical Staff Pharmacist for Anne Arundel Medical Center’s Medical-Surgical unit for ten years, during which time she created the emergency department’s Medical Reconciliation Program and co-chaired the Med-Rec committee.
She also acted as the pharmacy representative on the hospital’s stroke committee. Jackie was on the team that created and implemented AAMC’s “Meds to Beds” program which allows patients to fill their discharge prescriptions without an extra trip to an external pharmacy.
Michelle Corzine, PharmD
Michelle Corzine has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, including compounding, long term care, community pharmacies and physician practice pharmacies. She has managed pharmacies in both the corporate and independent marketplace and excels in seeking avenues to connect with patients and promote positive patient outcomes.
She has developed and maintained pharmaceutical care plans for patients across many platforms, including assisted living and oncology patients. Additionally, she spent two years as the Director of Pharmacy for a local oncology office, where she was responsible for creating the policies and procedures required for specialty pharmacy accreditation. Michelle also served as a Preceptor for pharmacy students from Mercer University and South University.
Michelle holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy.
Yexica Croft, DNP, RN
Yexica Croft brings over 13 years of health care experience in the areas of Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing, Case Management, Specialty Pharmacy and Nursing Administration. Prior to joining URAC, Yexica was a Specialty Pharmacy Nurse Manager. She assisted in the development and expansion of the pharmacy nursing team and was responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to accreditation standards and regulations. Yexica earned her doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Florida
Heidy Davis, RPh
Heidy Davis has been with URAC since 2018. She graduated from the Albany College of Pharmacy in 2004 and has practiced in retail, hospital, home infusion and medical information settings.
For much of her career, Heidy focused on in-home infusion, working for large national organizations as well as a small independent pharmacy where she served as Branch Manager, Pharmacist-in-Charge and the site’s quality representative.
Her home infusion pharmacist positions included significant involvement in accreditation preparation and staff training.
Carmen Galloway, RN-BSN, CCM
Carmen Galloway has over 23 years of health care experience in the areas of home health, oncology, addiction and recovery, nursing education, case management, utilization management and accreditation readiness.
While working in utilization management, Carmen served to ensure appropriate services were approved and rendered, educated providers and assisted with revenue cycle programming and testing. Carmen's case management experience ranges from serving rural families to worker's compensation to oncology. Carmen has held positions in compliance, education and credentialing and testified in fraud cases as well as assisted in identifying potentially fraudulent activities. Carmen is Certified Case Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University.
In her spare time, Carmen enjoys hiking, climbing, teaching line dancing and is attempting to run a half marathon in every state.
Monica Gordy, MSM, BSN, RN
Monica has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, with health care experience in the areas of utilization management, case management and quality management. She has served as Training Manager, Business Analytics, Implementations/Project Manager and Program Manager for various health care entities. Prior to joining URAC in 2022, she served as Senior Manager, UM Process and Accreditation where she successfully supported her organization through regulatory, accreditation and contractual requirements.
Monica holds a Master of Science in Management (Health Care Administration), from the University of Maryland Global College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Maryland at Baltimore. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Haynes, MBA, BSN, RN, CCM
Jackie Haynes has been a Registered Nurse for over thirty years with twenty-six years of health plan managed care experience in the areas of Utilization Management, Case Management, Quality Management and regulatory and accreditation readiness. She has held leadership positions including Head of Care Management, Senior Director of Care Management Operations and Manager of Nursing. She has expertise in managing Medicare Advantage (MA) healthcare operations.
Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from East Carolina University and a Master in Business Administration degree (MBA) from Winston Salem State University. She has an active North Carolina registered nurse license and maintains professional designation as a certified case manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Management Certification. She is also a member of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and Academy of Certified Case Managers (ACCM).
Tramico Herman, MBA, BSN, RN
Tramico Herman has been serving in leadership roles in in health care for 25 years. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in nursing, she led medical surgical & intensive care units for five years, then transitioned to managed care supporting care management, utilization management and population health operations for health plans.
She worked as a case manager and utilization review nurse educating patients about their conditions and reviewing their inpatient and outpatient authorization requests. Later, Tramico moved into leadership roles where she managed staff performance and training, developed strategies for process improvement, led change management and supported quality compliance. During this time, she obtained an MBA with a concentration in project management.
Dawn Landolph, MPA, BSN, RN, OCN
Dawn Landolph brings 37 years of clinical experience and leadership including working within the specialties of pediatrics, oncology, healthcare administration, and public health. She comes to URAC from an accredited specialty pharmacy where she was responsible for initiating and growing the pharmacy nurse team, assisting in development of the patient management and quality programs, and supporting the accreditation process. Dawn has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villa Maria College, holds a master’s degree in public administration from Cleveland State University and is an oncology certified nurse through the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation.
Vijeev Menon, RPh
Vijeev Menon has more than 25 years of experience as a pharmacist. His career highlights include setting up a specialty pharmacy as well as managing pharmacy operations for retail, mail order and health system pharmacies He also managed a pharmacy call center, led quality management programs and oversaw performance improvement initiatives with several organizations.
Vijeev graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy with a specialization in Clinical Pharmacy.
Amiee Mingus, BSN, RN, CASSPT
Amiee Mingus comes to URAC with more than 30 years of experience in the health care field with most of that time operating as a Registered Nurse. Her career includes Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) management and development, clinical operations, accreditation readiness, regulatory management and clinical integration for enterprise-wide initiatives. Amiee has held many positions as an RN in the hospital setting and is a former corporate liaison for accreditation bodies. She served as VP of Clinical Operations for a GI endoscopy ASC management company and is certified in sterile processing.
Amiee holds an AAS from University of Alaska and a BSN from Aspen University. She is currently working towards her MBA from Youngstown State University.
Joe Moore, PharmD
Joe Moore joined the URAC team in 2021 and brings professional experience in both acute care and community pharmacy. Prior to coming to URAC, he served as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at an independent specialty pharmacy in Chicago. His background also includes completion of PGY1 residency at UNC Hospitals and a fellowship in Innovation and Entrepreneurialism at the Eshelman Institute for Innovation.
Joe earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
Troy Reese, PharmD
Troy Reese's pharmacy career includes two years as a Resident Pharmacist with the United States Olympic Committee, six years focused on in-home infusion, including a one-year residency program and 14 years in audit and compliance for retail pharmacies and durable medical equipment suppliers.
He has also provided pharmacy account management for state Medicaid programs in Hawaii, Indiana and New Mexico.
Troy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University. He has been with URAC since 2016.
Rosemarie Reich, BS, RN, CLSSBB
Rosemarie's health care career includes 22 years in managed care in the areas of clinical training, utilization management, case management, disease management, health network and quality management.
Prior to joining URAC in 2021, she served as the Manager of Quality Accreditations and Clinical Training at Health Net Federal Services for 11 years where she successfully supported the organization’s regulatory and contractual requirements. Rosemarie obtained her nursing degree in Ontario, Canada and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.
Mark Snapp, RPh
Mark Snapp has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmacy field. His career began at the age of twelve working in his family’s pharmacy in rural Virginia, which his brother currently operates.
Prior to joining URAC, Mark worked as a Senior Pharmacy Auditor conducting audits of a wide variety of pharmacy practice settings for commercial benefit plans and government agencies. He also served as audit trainer, wrote corporate policy and procedure manuals and served as an expert witness in legal proceedings.
Prior to his auditing position, he spent several years as a retail pharmacy manager for a national chain.
Mr. Snapp has been with URAC since 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mallory White, PharmD
Mallory White received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in 2017. She has previous work experience in long-term care, community pharmacy and public health. Mallory’s professional experiences include management roles such as Pharmacist-in-Charge and Specialty Pharmacy Director.
In her past positions, Mallory was directly responsible for accreditation preparation and compliance, quality improvement and assurance efforts, clinical patient management program design and implementation, agency strategic planning and continuing staff training and education.
Mallory previously served as a PGY-1 Residency Program Preceptor and an Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience Preceptor for students at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy.
Tosha Williams, RN, BSN
Clinical Accreditation Reviewer
Tosha Williams, RN, BSN is an Army veteran and experienced healthcare leader who brings over 15 years of nursing experience to URAC. She has built her career in utilization management within Managed Care Organizations, holding leadership roles such as Senior Manager and Interim Director, with a focus on regulatory compliance, clinical operations and workflow optimization.
Prior to joining URAC, Tosha provided consulting services with a specialization in training, operational process improvement, accreditation preparation and policy and procedure development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating cum laude from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Derrick Wilder
Derrick Wilder, Director, Client Relations, joined URAC’s Accrediting & Client Services department in 2015. With more than 24 years of client-facing account and project management experience, Derrick has proven abilities in relationship management and problem solving, using sound methods to define problems, frame outstanding issues and help identify the best solutions.
Derrick is skilled at analyzing client needs, conceptualizing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance processes and providing exceptional customer service.
Derrick has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and is currently working on his Master of Business Administration at The University of Maryland Global Campus.
Keith Barnes
Keith Barnes comes to URAC with a background in contract administration, project management and information technology. Before coming to URAC in 2024, Keith worked as a contract administrator for Northrop Grumman and served as a manager for the District of Columbia Government for more than ten years. Keith brings a wealth of experience in contract management, records management and strategic planning.
Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of the District of Columbia and his associate degree in applied business from Eastern Gateway College.
Robyn Owens
Robyn joined URAC in 2021 as a Client Relations Manager. She brings the URAC Client Relations team over 30 years of extensive client-facing experience in the health care industry across both public and nonprofit business sectors.
Robyn has demonstrated quantifiable results in negotiating contracts, product development and training. Additionally, she is highly skilled in fundraising, strategic planning and volunteer management.
Robyn holds a master’s degree from Bowie State University, a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and she is a proud graduate of Leadership Prince George’s, a leadership training program.
Joèl Rodney
Joèl Rodney joined URAC as a Client Relations Manager in 2021. He has extensive experience managing various accounts from a diverse clientele in the staffing industry and brings more than ten years of experience in relationship building, account management and client services to the URAC Client Relations team.
Prior to joining URAC, Joèl worked in multiple capacities, serving client accounts, managing their long term and contingent workforce needs. Joèl is a Maryland native. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Towson University.
Tammie Silva
Tammie Silva joined URAC in April 2025 as a Client Relations Manager. Tammie brings over 12 years of health care experience to URAC. Her past roles have included account management and project management positions in the areas of implementation, contracting, business development and client retention.
In Tammie’s previous positions, she oversaw the end-to-end management process for provider installation, project management, and customer service to ensure efficient workflows and Service Level Agreements were met. She brings a wealth of contracting, process-improvement and problem-solving skills to her role. Tammie received a Bachelor of Arts from Washington College.
Charleston Strickland
Charleston Strickland comes to URAC with a background in strategy consulting, digital transformation and agile project management. Prior to joining URAC in 2025, he worked as a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, with over nine years of client-facing experience. He has a proven track record of delivering actionable insights, leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning strategic objectives with business outcomes. Charleston holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Tennessee.
